1. Warranty Coverage

Types of warranty, depending on the issue identified. All claims will be assessed by our team to determine the best solution.

1.1 Full Coverage (Manufacturing Defects)

Includes:

• Faulty or loose stitching
• Defects in prints, embroidery, or labels
• Broken zippers, buttons, or fasteners (without misuse)

1.2 Normal Wear (Partially Covered)

Includes:

• Abnormal premature fabric wear
• Minor peeling or fading of prints after proper washing
• Loss of elasticity or shape earlier than expected

1.3 Exclusions (Not Covered)

The warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear, fading, or shrinkage due to use and washing
• Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper washing
• Alterations made after purchase (tailoring, dyeing, external applications)
